All Krigana Boutique products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner. Because of this, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

• A photo of the issue

• A brief description

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Items without proof of damage or defect

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered only for defective or misprinted items.
